The provided amenities, like a dishwasher. I was very happy with the cleanliness and complete cooking supplies. The lodge was immaculate and well planned, with everything necessary for our stay. Each room had a smart TV, there was a dishwasher, and even a bath for the kids!
The prices at the bar were quite high. The staff needed guidance on spirit measures.

The welcome pack included wine, apple juice, coffee, tea, biscuits, and fudge, all in a smart bag. The restaurant looked lovely inside, though I did not use it; a Lidl is located near the park, providing convenient shopping options.

the caravan had a dishwasher. everything i needed was there, including a parking space, so easy! the site was tidy, and the staff were helpful.
The caravan wasn't cleaned well. I found dust and hair. a cocktail at the missing squirrel was expensive and served in a small glass. it also took a long time to get the drinks.

the rooms were super neat and well maintained plus they were very clean and tidy. heating throughout the rooms was definitely comfortable and the showers were very spacious. the location is great near the seaside with local shops and cafes. adding a hot tub is definitely worth it
the entrance has numerous potholes and speed ramps so be aware if you have a low car or low profile tires

the reception team were friendly and helpful! they were quick to respond when we needed assistance plus everyone that attended was really helpful. i would recommend a stay here thanks to the high standard of service.
